Now that the grey sound-proof barriers have been fully installed, demolition of the Pearl Bank Apartment feels all but imminent. For many, it feels as though the building is already gone. This is partially true, in that the four-story car garage has already been demolished. The tower remains standing. So, while it does, I hope to share this research for those who may want to visit it and appreciate the calamity in progress.
